Boulevard Apartment l New apartment in San Sebastian

Boulevard is situated in a Belle Epoch style building which was completely reconstructed in 2008. The apartment is located on Alameda del Boulevard, the street that separates San Sebastian’s centre and Old Town.
The location is unbeatable. The Old Town offers some of the city’s finest pintxo bars and restaurants, while the city centre boasts excellent shops and boutiques.

The apartment is pure luxury, with 50 square metres of interior living space plus a 12 sq metre balcony. Boulevard is a stylishly appointed, fully equipped, sixth-floor apartment with lift.
Every inch of space has been carefully designed for optimum comfort and convenience. The balcony gives the apartment a feeling of space and light.
The apartment is decorated in light tones, predominantly white, with splashes of colour. Oak wood floors throughout except in bathroom. The apartment also has air conditioning.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable white leather couch and a flat screen TV & DVD player. Glass doors open on to the terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. Next to the entrance to the apartment is a stylish bathroom with hydromassage shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and kitchenware — everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
As you can see from the property location map, Boulevard is conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk of everything. La Concha Beach is just a few blocks away, as is the beautiful seaside promenade leading to the fishing port. From the port, follow the Paseo Nuevo seafront promenade around Monte Urgull and walk to the top for what is probably the best view of San Sebastián.
One of the best features of this apartment is that it’s quiet — not an easy thing to come by right in the centre of a European city. The apartment faces a large interior courtyard one one side, and from the balcony you can barely even notice the hustle and bustle of people and cars only metres below. Since Boulevard is on the uppermost floor, the apartment affords excellent views and a feeling of spaciousness. The balcony is equipped with sunshades to protect it from direct sunlight.
A short distance from the apartment in the other direction is Zurriola Beach and the Kursaal Concert Hall and Conference Centre, a showpiece of modern architecture which has become another emblem, along with La Concha beach, of the city of San Sebastián.
